WHAT IS FLEXTIME?

Simply put, flextime is any work arrangement that is NOT Monday through Friday from 8 to 5.

This includes both full-time and part-time positions, project work, freelance, shift work, compressed work week, nights, weekends, coverage for various time zones, etc.
